Ossia Creative was born out of the desire to simplify marketing.
With 30+ years of combined industry experience, we became tired of navigating through the maze of intricate marketing plans and corporate complexities. The synergy of creativity and strategy seemed elusive, lost in a sea of campaigns and convoluted processes. Driven by this shared conviction, we embarked on a mission to bridge the gap between creativity and strategy.
We wanted to offer our clients a straightforward and effective alternative. Thus, we launched Ossia Creative to provide businesses with marketing strategies that are streamlined and that, simply put, get results.
We envisioned Ossia as more than just an agency; it’s a beacon of clarity in a cluttered landscape. The name “Ossia,” [ah-see-ah] resonating with the musical term meaning “alternatively,” is a symbol of our commitment to offer an alternative approach to building your brand.

Lucy Kayumov | Partner, Strategy
Lucy is a seasoned marketing and communications strategist with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. She excels in crafting custom campaigns for product launches, events, and spearheading trade shows while also focusing on digital and content marketing. Lucy collaborates closely with organizations to enhance community engagement and cross-promotion. Committed to mentorship, she actively participates in the BANFF Spark Marketing Accelerator Incubator for Women in Media. Lucy holds an MBA in Marketing from Wilfred Laurier University and a BA (Hons) from York University.
Paul Thomas | Partner, Creative
Paul has spent his career working in the Film & Television industry with extensive experience as a Creative Director, Graphic Designer and Video Editor. He has worked on corporate projects for Samsung, Telus, General Electric, DHL, Kellogg Canada Inc., Sony/ BMG & Danone. As a video editor, Paul spent his early career focused on music videos working with artists Three Days Grace, Maestro Fresh Wes, Gowan, Finger Eleven, Aaron Pritchett and many more. He has also worked on commercials promoting albums for Pink, Busta Rhymes, Usher, Alicia Keys and Outkast.
